* at St. John School
* the week of January 28-Feb 1, 2008
* please bring: - your child's birth certificate - your child's baptismal certificate - your child's health card
- custody papers (if applicable) - your child's immunization record - proof of tax support for families new to the system (ie. most recent tax bill)
